Shayna Padovano is Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector LLP (PwC), where she consults with government and multilateral organizations in the areas of organizational efficiency and change, training design and delivery, and business process improvement.
Shayna has taught theatre, public speaking, and presentation skills to non-theatre professionals, foreign diplomats, international students, and children in the U.S. and Italy. She is a TEFL certified English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher and has taught actively for over 7 years in Italy, New York, Boston, and DC.
Before coming to Washington, D.C. in 2011, Shayna was a professional actress in New York City where she acted in over 60 plays, staged readings, independent films, commercials, and voiceovers. Shayna is a certified teaching artist with the Community-Word Project and has taught creative writing and poetry in underserved communities in Queens, NY. She continues to study theatre and vocal training in Washington, D.C. at the Studio Theatre.
Shayna holds a Master's degree in International Communication and Management from American University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Italian Studies from Boston University.
