Jean enables leaders and organizations in transition through leadership, conflict, team, and retirement coaching, organizational development and change management consulting.   My work with Georgetown Leadership Coaching students is some of favorite and most inspiring work that I do. Supporting them, witnessing insights and growth, and learning along with them bring fulfillment to my role as a Learning Circle Advisor. Outside of ITL, I work with leaders and teams who are eager to learn and grow a greater capacity for meaningful leadership in complex environments. These challenging environments bring heat and the opportunity to build resilience, create balance, find fulfillment, and encourage grow. I partner with leaders to work through the messiness and confusion of change to find something valued out of turbulent times This important individual and organizational development work rekindles personal and professional leadership and fulfillment and fuels vertical development. My coaching leverages adult (vertical and horizontal) development and neuroscience research to help leaders gain clarity, counter their own resistance, and move forward better than before. My cumulative thirty-plus years of human resources, organizational development, emergency services, systems analysis, coaching experience parlays into a unique and rich multi-faceted perspective of organizational life and the human experience. I partner with executives and leaders and share expert knowledge on a broad range of organizational and human capital areas to create customized solutions, including individual and organizational assessments, organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Customize strategies that enable employees to adopt organizational change. Design and implement organizational and team interventions based upon organizational assessment. Design and implement enterprise programs in support of strategic initiatives focused on succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and enterprise change management. Experience in collective bargaining unit environments.
