Pam Coffey

Pam coaches so that people feel seen, heard and know that they matter.

As an executive coach, team coach, and certified Dare to Lead facilitator (Brene’ Brown’s body of work), she deftly moves individuals and teams to increased self-awareness by identifying their patterns and “internal stories” - all for the sake of becoming more authentic and trustworthy. Pam brings vulnerability and values to client discussions with a niche in building cohesive connections. Pam has over thirty years of learning, team, organizational, and leadership development experience in the federal government. She moved from at GS-3 Learning and Development Clerk at 23 years old to a Senior Executive and Coach before retiring in 2017. She now finds joy and meaning working with coaching students (you), senior leaders, and teams, both domestically and internationally. Pam earned her Bachelors of Business Administration degree at the University of Iowa, a Masters in Counseling Psychology at University of Colorado, and holds numerous certifications in a variety of tools and assessments including a professional coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute and two team coaching certifications. Pam loves to sing her heart out; she is a blossoming pickle ball player, works every day to master her craft as a writer, and will check off a bucket list item of walking the Camino de Santiago in October. Pam lives with her husband in Parker, Colorado, has two mostly adult children she adores, Katelyn and Ben, and a beloved slow-moving Puggle named Joey.
