Olusegun Babalola has a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, Texas.
She serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Master's in Human Resources Management Program at Georgetown University and in the Psychology Program at the University Houston. Her research interests include career self-management, work values, statistics, and quantitative research methods.
