How will education in your field will change over the next decade?
Working in the EDTech field, I get the privilege of directly overseeing enterprise level technologies that will shape the leaders of the future. Emergent technologies such as cloud computing, 3D printing, and augmented reality will lead the way for upcoming education technology. From grades, homework, and even the library, moving forward everything will be “in the cloud.” I look forward to being in the front lines of this emerging digital age and hope to help pioneer the change we will see in the next ten years.

How do you give back?
I am currently working to equip Washington, D.C.’s most needy areas with Innovative Tech Centers and Google Camps with free programs for youth. These efforts utilize science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) as a motivational tool to advance the educational achievement, as well as the intellectual and career development of African-American, Latino, and other minority students in pre-K through 12th grade.
