What is an interesting trend emerging in your field?
As technology continues to advance, management will become increasingly vital to the workforce. Having the ability to effectively manage technology and those using it is a great skill that not all possess. Management practices will continue to evolve and new practices will be brought to life, making management an invaluable part of technology.

How do you give back?
I coach local middle school girls' basketball and softball teams. I think that working with our youth is important because many of the kids that I work with are dealing with issues at home and they use sports as a release. Being a sounding board for them is the least I can do for them. I also volunteer with groups in the middle school talking to young girls and boys about the choices that they are making on social media.
