Describe an interesting trend you see emerging in your profession and how you think it will affect the field:

In the 1950s, about 67% of the population worldwide lived in rural settlements and 33% lived in urban settlements; however, based on most projections, we will observe roughly the reverse case by 2050. Consequently, real estate planning decisions and strategic designs will continue to play a greater role to meet the uptick in this new trend.

Who (or what) has inspired you and how has your life changed as a result?

My parents and grandparents are my greatest inspirations. They grew up in Sierra Leone with very little, but understood that through education they could unlock the doors to a brighter future for themselves and their kids.
