Course Description:

This course will explore the continuing evolution of International HR management in an increasingly global business environment. It will focus on a number of specific areas faced by multinational organizations, including business structures, international ethics, international training and performance management, global CSR and security issues. We will also investigate how HR is influenced by culture, and how different regions approach HR management.
