Georgetown University’s Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Management prepares you to serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted business partner in complex organizational environments. You’ll leave the program with the advanced knowledge, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills required to improve employee experience and deliver meaningful business results.

Our program takes a holistic, systems-based approach to capital strategy.
