Faculty members of the Human Resources Management program are accomplished professionals and academics, representing the best in research, thought leadership and business practice.

"The best thing about the Human Resources Management program is the diversity of experience that both students and instructors bring to it," said Chris Ortiz, from the Class of '11. "Courses are challenging and engaging. I learned valuable information in every class."

The diverse staff consists of Fortune 500 experts in the field, international legal experts on workplace laws and regulations, and those with specialized knowledge on a range of human resources topics: human capital management, global HR, diversity and inclusion management, performance programs, change management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, crisis management – to name a few.

"Our faculty drives students to understand human resources management as a catalyst for adding value to businesses and organizations," said Dr. Christopher Metzler, Senior Associate Dean of Applied Management Degrees at The School of Continuing Studies at Georgetown University.

Faculty fieldwork and accomplishments include authorships of academic books, white papers and articles, and award-winning thought leadership to help define best-in-class HR practices. Many are also called on as leading consultants of business, executive coaches and presenters at major HR conferences and business seminars throughout the world.

As part of a Jesuit, student-centered research university, our faculty is dedicated to providing students with a professional education grounded in business ethics and, through human resources management, finding solutions that benefit humankind as well as companies.
