Bio and Featured Works

Mr. Tibbs graduated from Georgetown University prior to earning his JD at Emory University. Following graduation from law school, he received an LLM in Real Property Development from the University of Miami and later a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate at Georgetown University with a concentration in real estate finance.
