Jennifer N. Pic has 15+ years of experience in designing instruction and other performance-based solutions in a range of organizational contexts and industries.

Bio and Featured Works

She earned a B.A. in psychology and an M.S.Ed. in adult education and human resource development from James Madison University, and a Ph.D. in education from George Mason University. Jennifer’s doctoral research focused on the professional development needs of instructional designers. At present, Jennifer develops training solutions for call center agents and other audiences at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors, a nonprofit organization supporting the regulation of the financial services industry. She also enjoys exploring and creating learning environments supported by emerging technologies such as mobile, social media, and augmented reality.
