I’m a multifamily developer/operator with a proven track record in complex, distressed, and tax-credit transactions.

Bio and Featured Works

Over my career I’ve touched 120,000+ units and ~$10B in owned/operated real estate across the U.S., with hands-on leadership in operations, construction management, workouts, and LIHTC transactions.

As a Partner at C2G Asset Management, I help institutional and mom and pop investors stabilize troubled portfolios—scaling from 6–10 to 100+ assets in under a year, overseeing ~60,000 units and ~$7B of distressed real estate. I’m also Principal at Domaine, where we own and operate a ~$40M portfolio spanning ground-up LIHTC to workforce housing. On exited deals, results have averaged ~30% returns and a ~6.5x multiple.

Previously, I built and led asset management platforms (200+ cross-functional teammates) and executed 20+ (re)financings that returned $50M+ to investors. I also teach as an Adjunct at Georgetown University (Real Estate Fundamentals & Capstone), bringing a practical, operator’s lens to the classroom.
