Harry Baturin

Harry M. Baturin, JD, LL.M., graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Summa Cum Laude, in 1995 and from its Law School in 1998.

Bio and Featured Works

He was then awarded an LL.M. at the Georgetown University Law Center in 1999. Mr. Baturin is an Instructor at Georgetown University in its Summer and Special Programs. He is also a Trustee and Manager of a Charitable Trust and has a background practicing in non-profit, estates, and business and taxation law at Baturin and Baturin Law Offices. He was a Guest Instructor at the Penn State University Dickinson School of Law for the Elder Law Seminar with Professor Katherine C. Pearson, Esq., an Adjunct at the Delaware County Community College, and clerked at the Philadelphia Law Department covering tax and real estate issues prior to practicing. Mr. Baturin's Articles and Research have been published in numerous periodicals including, but not limited to, The Georgetown Public Policy Review (multiple), The Pennsylvania Psychologist and The Tax Analyst with several Articles currently in publication. He is the Executive Co-Editor of Policy Matters, along with Dr. Tanya Casas.
