Amy Warner

Amy Warner is an instructor and subject matter expert at Georgetown Universitys School of Continuing Studies, where she designs and delivers graduate-level learning experiences for professional adult learners.

Bio and Featured Works

Since 2017, Amy has taught Leading Project Teams and developed curriculum for both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments. She was one of two subject matter experts who co-developed Georgetowns Certificate in Applied Generative AI for Enhanced Team Performance, creating a multi-module program that equips professionals with practical AI knowledge while strengthening communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. She is also a Georgetown Master Practitioner in Negotiation. Professionally, Amy serves as a leader in enterprise digital transformation at The Campbells Company, where she leads strategic initiatives that improve how work is planned, prioritized, and executed across the organization. Her portfolio includes implementation of an enterprise project management platform, manufacturing digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide programs that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping organizations translate strategy into execution by combining technology, process improvement, and people-centered leadership. Prior to joining Campbells, Amy held leadership positions at The Hershey Company, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives, global Order-to-Cash operations, and experiential innovation for Hersheys Chocolate World. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years with Harley-Davidson Motor Company leading factory tour operations, customer experience programs, retail environments, and large-scale operational initiatives. Amy holds a Master of Project Management from Penn State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside the classroom, she enjoys gardening, creating mosaic art, and tackling home improvement projects.
