Leadership, Career, and Life Transitions Coach // Believer in possibilities Jen Landis-Santos, MA, PCC, CCC, NBHWC, is an alum of Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership (ITL) Executive Leadership Coaching Program and currently mentors students in the Health and Wellness Coaching program.

She also serves as the in-house Career and Life Transitions Coach at Cassaday & Co. and leads a private practice, Career Wellness Group. With a Master of Arts in Counseling, Jen is a Certified Career Counselor (NCDA), a Professional Certified Coach (ICF, PCC level), and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC). Her professional roots are in crisis intervention and mental health, where she cultivated a deep commitment to helping clients clarify what they want more of in life, and which direction to go in; rather than what they are moving away from. In 2020, she launched a COVID-Coaching initiative, mobilizing volunteer coaches to support high school students through unprecedented uncertainty and transition.
