The Master’s in Strategic Leadership & AI prepares you to lead people, make strategic decisions, and navigate organizational change in an increasingly AI-enabled workplace.
Rather than teaching you how to build AI systems, this program is about understanding how to use AI as a leadership tool to improve decision-making, foster innovation, and create organizational value. If you’re interested in the impact AI is having on leadership, strategy, organizational behavior, change management, and ethics, the Master’s in Strategic Leadership & AI gives you the chance to explore these intersections through an interdisciplinary curriculum designed for the realities of today’s workplace.
The program is built around five core leadership capabilities that today’s managers need to succeed in an AI-enabled workplace: understanding how organizations create value; developing yourself as an ethical and self-aware leader; shaping strategic direction by aligning AI with organizational goals; leading organizational transformation by managing change and driving innovation; and developing others through coaching, influence, and high-performing teams. Throughout, you’ll gain experience in leveraging AI without losing sight of the human elements that make effective leadership possible.
A distinctive feature of the program is its embedded Professional Certificate in Coaching Skills for Strategic Leaders, giving you the opportunity to graduate with both a Master of Professional Studies in Strategic Leadership & AI and a valuable professional credential. Together, these credentials can help you strengthen your ability to lead yourself and others while preparing to take on greater responsibility within your organization.
Ideal for working professionals, the coursework is delivered fully online in an asynchronous format, giving you the flexibility to earn your degree while continuing to advance your career. Experienced faculty and industry practitioners bring real-world perspectives on leadership, organizational transformation, and AI adoption into the classroom, while hands-on learning opportunities allow you to apply AI-enabled tools and strategic frameworks to real organizational challenges.
Over the course of a 10-course, 30-credit curriculum, you’ll develop the skills and perspectives needed to lead through rapid change, make better strategic decisions, and help organizations responsibly harness the opportunities of the AI age.
Through eight required courses and two electives, students will explore the intersection of strategic leadership and AI, with a focus on applying both to real organizational challenges. Rather than treating AI as a standalone subject, the curriculum integrates AI concepts throughout the program, giving students opportunities to consider how AI can support leadership, strategy, communication, decision-making, innovation, and organizational transformation.
The program culminates in a capstone experience that provides students the opportunity to bring together their learning and apply it to a real-world organizational challenge. You’ll also have the chance to take an optional global study tour, getting exposure to international leadership perspectives and organizational practices.
The future of leadership is not about choosing between people and AI. It is about bringing them together. Tomorrow's leaders won't just manage people. They will orchestrate teams of people and AI agents to drive innovation, improve decision-making, and create value. Our goal is to prepare professionals with the strategic mindset and leadership skills to succeed in this new era.

You’ll graduate prepared to lead at a time when AI is reshaping how organizations work, compete, and create value. As AI continues to transform workplaces and redefine the skills employers need, organizations will need leaders who can do more than wield AI at a technical level—they’ll need people who can make sound strategic decisions, lead teams through change, and ensure this technology is adopted and used responsibly.
