Dr. Frédéric Lemieux is a Professor of the Practice and Faculty Director of the Master of Professional Studies programs in Applied Intelligence, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Information Technology Management, and Artificial Intelligence Management at Georgetown University.

Dr. Shadi Abouzeid is a scholar-practitioner at the intersection of geopolitics and intelligence who brings the tools of the analyst, wargaming, modeling, and AI to help leaders anticipate strategic risks.

Dr. Naz Azizian has over two decades of experience in the fields of defense, aerospace, and intelligence.

Dr. Elena Taube Bailey has over 20 years combined experience in intelligence, defense, and policy (CIA, ODNI, DOS, DTRA, DOD), as well as, academia.

Joseph Billy, Jr. is the former Assistant Director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, where he had responsibility for all FBI counterterrorism operations worldwide.

Patrick Burke currently serves as the executive director of the DC Police Foundation after finishing a term as the U.S. Marshal for the District of Columbia and serving 27 years with the DC Metropolitan Police Department.

Dr. Donell Harvin is a homeland security and public health emergency subject-matter expert, and serves as faculty in Georgetown University’s Emergency and Disaster Management Masters Program and the Applied Intelligence Masters Program within the School of Continuing Studies, and teaches terrorism studies in the Walsh School of Foreign Services (SFS) and public health in the Master of Science in Health & the Public Interest (HAPI) program.
