Mission Statement
This program prepares professionals to lead organizations effectively in a rapidly changing, AI-powered workplace. By integrating strategic leadership, human-centered management, AI-enabled decision-making, and leadership coaching, it provides a cohesive pathway for professionals preparing to assume or expand strategic leadership responsibilities. This approach supports both aspiring managers entering leadership roles and experienced professionals seeking to strengthen their ability to execute strategy amid ongoing change.
In doing so, the program advances the School of Continuing Studies mission by offering a professionally oriented degree that responds directly to documented leadership capability gaps. Graduates will be prepared to contribute at the points in the organization where strategy succeeds or fails, strengthening leadership depth, execution capacity, AI readiness, and long-term organizational resilience across sectors.

Upon successfully completing the Master’s in Strategic Leadership & AI, you will be able to:
- Analyze how artificial intelligence is reshaping organizations, leadership, workforce dynamics, and strategic decision-making across industries.
- Apply leadership theories, coaching skills, and communication strategies to lead individuals, teams, and organizations effectively in AI-enabled environments.
- Develop strategic and human-centered organizational initiatives using AI-supported tools, data, and market insights to improve organizational performance, adaptability, employee well-being, and stakeholder trust.
- Evaluate organizational readiness, risks, and opportunities related to AI adoption, digital transformation, and organizational change, as well as market disruptions and future-of-work trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and position organizations for sustained strategic advantage.
- Assess the ethical, social, and governance implications of AI-enabled decisions and recommend responsible leadership approaches.
- Apply analytics, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools to generate strategic insights, evaluate alternatives, and support evidence-based decision-making and organizational innovation.
