Dr. Karen Weaver is a nationally recognized expert on college athletics, higher education leadership, and public policy, with more than four decades of experience as a coach, administrator, and scholar. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, and Academic Director of the Collegiate Athletics certificate program, where she guides university leaders through the evolving legal and financial landscape of college sports. Dr. Weaver’s research and commentary on athletics governance and finance appear in national outlets including Forbes, NBC News, Inside Higher Education, and The Chronicle of Higher Education, and she hosts the podcast Trustees and Presidents.
