Jen’s career began in education and evolved into corporate Human Resources where she spent nearly 20 years developing, facilitating, and leading development programs and coaching engagements for individuals and teams to improve performance and achieve greater results both professionally and personally. Care for the whole person – mind, body, and spirit was always at the core of her approach. She continually sought ways to integrate health and wellness principles with each of her corporate clients, and found that improving wellbeing led to the most profound shifts in her clients lives. Her coaching programs and workshops are aimed at helping professional women lead with a healthy body and mind.   Jen received certifications in health and wellness coaching from Georgetown University and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
