She is currently an Assistant Dean for Georgetown’s MPS Analytics, Technology and Security programs which encompasses the Applied Intelligence, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Engineering Management, Emergency Disaster Management, Executive Emergency Disaster Management, Systems of Engineering and Technology Management degrees. In addition, she ​currently teaches the campus-based Project Management Ethics course for the ​Project Management Program.


Originally from Miami, Florida, Lynnecia also provides coaching and mentoring to small business entrepreneurs, organizational leaders, and teens including project/program management, leadership training, branding and marketing. She holds a Bachelors in Business Management from University of Phoenix, both Franchise Management and Project Management professional certificates and an Executive Masters of Professional Studies in Program and Portfolio Management from Georgetown University. She currently lives in Charles County, MD with her husband and son.
