Sharon Lewis is a 31-year professional in public procurement in the Commonwealth of VA. She is considered one of the foremost experts in the field, having worked as a Contracts Officer at VA Tech University, the Purchasing Manager for the City of Roanoke, VA, the Director of Procurement for Alexandria City Public Schools and she is currently the Purchasing Division Chief for Arlington County.
Her expertise is in all methods of procurement, including Design-Build, Construction Management at Risk, Public Private Partnerships, Design Bid Build and Professional services in design.
