As an executive coach, KWG has more than 20 years of partnering with US and global clients across diverse industries. As a strategist, KWG has created global leadership programs with a particular emphasis on underrepresented groups to assist in enhancing the career profiles of high potential talent. After leading PwC’s US coaching strategy for 8 years, Kym helped to lay the foundation for PwC’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence; charged with the development of its internal coaching team of 28 executive coaches; in addition to coaching and developing key global talent and US leaders across the firm.   Kym now leads as global talent strategist within Leadership, Learning & Inclusion as a leadership coach focusing on executive development. Kym joined the faculty of Georgetown because of its stellar reputation of creating learning spaces where coaches are grown vs coaches who simply graduate. Working with this exceptional team of experienced and committed coaches inspires her to continue doing what she loves…helping cohorts feel confident and skilled. This is why she enjoys teaching “Coaching for Breakthrough Results” and “Identity & Culture”. KWG considers herself a lifetime learner with interests varying across architectural design, reading, anthropology, martial arts (she has earned a black belt in Taekwondo) and enjoys having conversations over a great cup of coffee.   Her home, in Brooklyn, NY shared with her husband and their two sons, is always filled with music, National Public Radio, laughter, flowers and ice cream. Kym embraces learning from cultural differences and has traveled or worked across 6 continents. One of her favorite Mark Twain’s quote is “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts”.   KWG serves on various boards and recently earned a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from London based, CSA -Coach Supervision Academy. Kym has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and while completing her studies at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, she earned an MBA - International Business and Marketing- from NYU Stern Graduate School of Business.
