Jessica is a change, transformation, and organization culture specialist; with over twenty years’ experience, Jessica helps and equips her clients to healthfully navigate the stormy waters of change.
Jessica enjoys partnering with leaders, teams, and their organizations, on their transformation journeys towards the achievement of extraordinary results. As a NeuroLeadership trained coach and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) practitioner, Jessica supports leaders in creating new mindsets that free them from inhibiting belief systems, enabling them to achieve greater leadership potential. She has proven expertise in leading and facilitating large-scale IT and cultural change initiatives, from strategy and planning through execution and implementation. As a Sr. Principal at Evans Consulting, Jessica is responsible for guiding the evolution of Evans award-winning culture with a focus on Evans’ commitment to DEIA. Jessica is skilled in the art of designing and facilitating courageous conversations. She is passionate about providing processes that assist her clients in finding their voice and stepping into their power. She works with clients to design and execute crucial conversations with self and others so they can move towards their desired state. Jessica holds an M.S. in Organization Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s in Business Conflict Transformation Studies. As an extreme animal lover and trained Equus Coach, Jessica derives great joy from partnering with horses to provide people a unique opportunity for powerful personal feedback, leading to insight and behavior change.
