“This is in the heart of the capital—and you will never get bored,” says Samyak Jain, a student in the Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management program, about the advantages of on-campus learning at Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies in downtown Washington, D.C. He’s talking, of course, about all the museums, parks, and monuments that make Center City exciting and unique. But there are many other reasons to choose on-campus learning, and one of the most compelling is the opportunity for more personal interaction. “It’s just a different feeling when you can see people and you can discuss things during the process,” says Master’s in Project Management student Guzel Yakupova. “It really comes down to building the relationships with the professors and interacting with the students,” says John Tully, a 2022 graduate of the Master’s in Human Resources Management program, “developing those relationships, which have been lasting.”
