Organizations consistently grapple with the challenge of bridging the gap between strategic intent and flawless execution. For over two decades, I've had the unique privilege of operating at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and operational delivery to help organizations transform ambitious visions into tangible realities. My background, encompassing law (JD), business (MBA), and deep expertise in predictive/waterfall (PMP) and Agile (SAFe-SPC) methodologies, allows me to approach enterprise challenges with a holistic perspective – not just executing projects, but truly driving strategic, digital, and Agile transformations to enhance organizational value delivery from the ground up.


This requires successful change leadership, fostering organizational culture and environments where people can thrive. My 20+ years of professional experience and 15+ years of dedicated coaching and training experience (most recently as an Adjunct Faculty and Advisory Board Member for Georgetown University's Master's in Project Management program) provide me with the ability to impact culture and effectively coach and guide both executives and staff, fostering environments that emphasize transparency, continuous learning, cross-functional collaboration, and the psychological safety necessary for experimentation and innovation. This helps create cultures where new methodologies thrive, innovation is in the DNA, and continuous transformation is a powerful catalyst for enduring organizational success.


Currently, I am a Principal in the Enterprise Program and Risk Management division at a large, global consulting firm, where I have led the PMO Standup and Agile Transformation product lines. I have over 15 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and teaching all levels of experience - from C-Suite executives to untrained professionals - in areas including leadership, Agile product management, project/program/portfolio management, business process engineering, risk management, quality management, and change management. I hold PMP, SAFe SPC, CSPO, CSM, and Six Sigma certifications. My previous industry experience spans financial services, banking, IT, healthcare, broadband and wireless, education, professional services, federal and state government, and non-profit sectors.
