Amy Warner
Amy Warner is an instructor and subject matter expert at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, where she designs and delivers graduate-level learning experiences for professional adult learners. Since 2017, she has taught Leading Project Teams and has developed curriculum for both synchronous and asynchronous formats. She also co-authored the Certificate in Applied Generative AI for Enhanced Team Performance, creating a multi-module program that builds AI literacy, communication skills, and team leadership capabilities. Amy currently serves as an Enterprise Transformation Leader at The Hershey Company, where she leads cross-functional initiatives that modernize operating models, improve clarity of roles and processes, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. Her work centers on simplifying workflows, supporting change adoption, and building scalable learning and enablement resources used across the enterprise. Prior to her transformation leadership role, Amy managed a Hershey’s global Order-to-Cash team and led experiential innovation for Hershey’s Chocolate World attractions. Earlier in her career, she spent 17 years with Harley-Davidson Motor Company overseeing factory tour operations, customer experience programs, and retail environments. Amy holds a Master of Project Management degree from Penn State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In her spare time, she enjoys managing home improvement projects, gardening and creating art.
