Lynnecia Eley

Lynnecia S. Eley is a career-driven educator, entrepreneur, wife, and mother. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she is an award-winning University Assistant Dean and Adjunct Professor that is committed to excellence, dedication, and caring for others. With a commitment to equity in education with a focus on data-driven results, she leads a department of graduate degrees in Analytics, Technology and Security programs which encompasses the Applied Intelligence, Cybersecurity Risk Management, Emergency & Disaster Management, Project Management, and Information Technology Management degrees. Known as the Confidence Doula, Lynnecia is also a best-selling and award-winning author and confidence coach providing guidance and support to help women and young adults feel self-assured in their abilities to Birth with Purpose.


She is a Certified DISC Personality Analyst who received her bachelor's in business management from the University of Phoenix, earned her executive master's in program and portfolio management from Georgetown University. Lynnecia holds many professional and graduate certificates, and is a recipient of the 2023 President’s Lifetime Achievement award in recognition of her service to women and girls through volunteerism and leadership. She currently lives in Charles County, MD with her husband and son.
