Dr. Sarah McCue has served the United Nations as head of the United Nations Development Program Technology for Development practice, member of the Panel of Advisers to the United Nations Global Alliance for Technology and Development, World Bank senior partnership adviser for the technology industry, senior adviser to the United Nations International Trade Centre and consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, United Nations Industrial Development Organization, and World Bank. She served as President of WorldQuant University, a worldwide accredited master's degree program in quantitative analytics, and advises firms and organizations to develop underserved regions in her role as VP of Social Impact for Axion Education. She serves on the Global Advisory Council of Knowledge Impact Network as chair of the Plastic in Human Health Expert Group. Dr. McCue is author of several technical publications, a long-standing adjunct professor for Georgetown University’s Technology and AI Management Programs, and a social entrepreneur. She is founder of BluWorld, launched in collaboration with Google and Cisco Foundation to provide opportunities to youth in developing countries, co-founder of The Remembering Site, a memoir-writing platform to preserve the stories of our elders; and is founder of Women with 2020 Vision to empower women through online mentoring. A change agent at heart, she is a recipient of NASA Goddard Space Flight Center's Robert H. Goddard Honor Award for Quality and Process Improvement and NASA Group Achievement Award.
