Nicole Reineke

Nicole Reineke is the Chief AI Innovation Officer at N-able and is a Board Director and Advisor. Prior to these roles, she was the Senior Vice President of Innovation at Iron Mountain and a Senior Distinguished Engineer in the Office of the CTO at Dell Technologies. Over the last 25 years, she has founded and led high-tech companies in product executive leadership roles establishing expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ ML), artificial intelligence ethics, augmented and virtual reality, data center management, sustainability-aware infrastructure, cloud, and intelligent data management. She has 56 granted patents, placing her among the top 1% of inventors of all time. She is the co-author of Compassion-Driven Innovation and authored How to Innovate with AI and AI for MSPs. Her latest book, Patently Successful, will be published by Columbia University Press in 2026. She is a passionate hobbyist—a pianist, writer, and artist—who enjoys hiking with her dog and family.
