Mr. Brown is a Principal with Dunkirk Partners, with more than forty-five years of experience in management and leadership at all levels: strategic, operational, tactical, military and civilian. Mr. Brown’s consulting specialties include organizational strategy development and implementation using the Balanced Scorecard methodology, strategic planning, performance management, business process re-engineering, and risk identification/management.
Mr. Brown’s has completed consulting assignments in all three branches of the Federal government, municipal government, commercial, and not for profit organizations. Tasks include organizational strategy development and implementation, performance metrics development and management, strategic planning and implementation, stakeholder analysis, risk identification and management, project management, business process analysis and re-engineering, and change management analysis and planning.
Mr. Brown’s background includes more than twenty five years of consulting experience, 32 years in the US Army with duties in the Active Component, National Guard and Reserve, banking, finance, and commercial real estate experience as a credit officer, portfolio manager, workout/turnaround specialist, and as corporate executive and director. He exhibits successful bottom line responsibilities at all levels of operation, and has successfully contributed to the success of organizations at all levels.
