“Lean” and “agile” are not mere buzzwords in the field of project management. These concepts, discussed, analyzed, and transformed over decades, have changed the profession in profound ways, says Winston Gonzalez, D.M. SPC, President (CEO) of Zeenie Enterprises LLC (ZellCo) and an adjunct faculty member in Georgetown’s Certificate in Project Management program.
