In Focus | The Lean & Agile Project Manager

“Lean” and “agile” are not mere buzzwords in the field of project management. These concepts, discussed, analyzed, and transformed over decades, have changed the profession in profound ways, says Winston Gonzalez, D.M. SPC, President (CEO) of Zeenie Enterprises LLC (ZellCo) and an adjunct faculty member in Georgetown’s graduate program in Project Management. This includes “the way we conceptualize projects, the way we plan, the way we execute these projects, the way we maintain these projects.” Here, Dr. Gonzalez talks with George Moschoglou, Ph.D., faculty director for the Project Management program, about how these concepts, principals, and frameworks are impacting project management in the 21st century.
