Jennifer Miller, MA, ACC, NBC-HWC is an experienced Health & Wellness Coach who allies with individuals to improve the wellbeing of their body, mind, & spirit.   Following careers as a Natural Foods Chef, Psychosomatic Movement Educator and Health Educator, Jen was drawn to Health & Wellness Coaching as an effective, and enjoyable, way to help others navigate the ambivalence of change. What she most appreciates about coaching is the opportunity to support others to develop their innate creativity, strength, and talents while also being challenged to continuously develop her own. Jen holds a MA of Anthropology from University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is dually certified by International Coaching Federation and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. Currently, Jens work centers on her roles as a Wellness Coach at Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group and at her private practice, J. Miller Wellness, LLC, and as Cohort Director for Georgetown Universitys Health & Wellness Certificate Program, in the Institute of Transformational Leadership.
