Andrew Feng
With 25+ years of diverse experience in financial services, Andrew is a Principal Financial Analyst with a federal regulatory agency. In 2021, he served as a Brookings Fellow in US Congress, first in the Senate, then in the House of Representatives. Before entering federal service, Andrew was a Fair Value Analysis Director with Freddie Mac responsible for fixed income portfolio valuation, risk, and performance monitoring. Before joining Freddie, Andrew had held a wide range of management positions in strategic planning, forecasting, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisition, marketing, and product development with an online brokerage firm, a large bank, and a leading credit card issuer. He holds a BA and an MA degree in Economics, and an MBA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
