Keith Earley
Keith Earley is an organization development consultant with a broad range of corporate experience in change management, executive coaching, diversity and inclusion strategies, team building and group facilitation.
As a consultant he offers a strategic orientation to client support that focused on achieving enhanced and sustainable results. Keith has worked with clients in the private sectors that include a variety of publicly traded, global and domestic companies. He also has provided service to federal and municipal agencies and not-for-profit entities. Keith previously held the position of Director—Diversity & Inclusion at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, a global firm specializing in intellectual property law. In that capacity, Keith was responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic framework to support a broad range of initiatives. He designed and implemented training and development programs for attorneys as well as professional and administrative staff. Keith also has extensive corporate experience, having served as the Vice President—Employee Strategies & Practices in Freddie Mac’s Human Resources Division. In this capacity Keith was responsible for developing and implementing Freddie Mac’s diversity initiative, had oversight responsibility for employee relations matters nationwide and was involved with a broad array of corporate-wide human capital development strategies. He assumed this position in 1999 following 17 years of service in Freddie Mac’s Legal Division. As an attorney, Keith’s responsibilities covered a broad range of corporate activities including employee relations, employee benefits, and HR strategy matters. In addition to these responsibilities, Keith functioned as interim Vice President of the Corporate Affairs Department in the Legal Division handling corporate governance functions and division wide administrative matters. Prior to Freddie Mac, Keith was associated with the Washington, D.C. firm, Boasberg, Klores, Feldesman and Tucker, where his practice concentrated on corporate and commercial transactional matters. Prior to that, he was in-house counsel to Delta Enterprises, a diversified manufacturing and venture capital firm located in Greenville, MS. Keith is currently working on his PhD in Human & Organization Development at Fielding Graduate University. He has a Masters of Arts in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding as well as a Masters of Science in Organizational Development from American University. Keith is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School and he completed his undergraduate work at Cornell University where he received his B.A. He also has obtained a certification in Executive Coaching from the Georgetown University Center for Professional Development. Keith has been certified in Action Learning Coaching as well as Workplace Mediation and Conflict Resolution through the Northern Virginia Mediation Service. Keith also is qualified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory, the BarOn EQ-I (measuring emotional intelligence) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. He is able to integrate these tools to provide a synergistic approach to individual, team and organizational effectiveness.
