Thomas Kiger
Dr. Thomas Kiger is an applied social scientist for the U.S. Department of Defense.
He has been conducting personnel and testing related research for over 10 years. He has taught courses in research methods, statistics, and a capstone course for psychology majors. His professional experience has covered many different personnel and testing contexts (e.g., applicant selection, credentialing, and educational testing), different types of jobs and organizations, and a variety of assessment methods (e.g., situational judgment tests, online assessments). He has worked with both the private and public sectors on projects involving tasks such as job analysis, test development, and test validation. He earned a Ph.D. in 2011 from the University of Minnesota in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
