Christine M. Wahl, MA.Ed, CIC, CDC, MCC Program: Certificate in Health & Wellness Coach Integral Development and Master Coach for leaders, inspired interpreter of patterns and stories aimed at whole-person leadership for impressive business results. Chris Wahl is an ICF-certified MCC, executive coach, and organization development consultant who has coached executive leaders, teams, and groups for over two decades. Certified as a developmental coach, Chris brings a developmental perspective to her work with leaders, helping them build their capacity to succeed beyond challenges and dynamics and recognize opportunities to create thriving human ecosystems. Sought after for her wise counsel, appreciative approach, clarity, and pragmatism, Chris works with leaders interested in generating enlivening change and creating more effective results. Chris is the founder, creator, and 14+ years director of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate program, where she built and led an expansive faculty team and instructed on both team coaching and vertical development. She is an adjunct faculty member teaching vertical development in Georgetown’s accredited Health and Wellness coaching program; she recently joined the faculty of the University at Buffalo leadership coaching program, and she taught Vertical Development at George Mason University and at the University of Maryland. In 2018 Chris was surprised to be chosen from a pool of hundreds of practitioners for the Leadership Circle’s annual award for “Outstanding Contribution to Leadership on the Planet.” Chris works with executives, leaders, senior-level groups, and teams across the U.S., Canada, and Europe, and has worked in numerous and diverse industries and governments. Chris holds an M.A.Ed from George Washington University; B.A. in French and Psychology from the University of Tennessee, where she also taught French. Post-graduate work includes two years with Dr. Otto Laske of the Interdevelopmental Institute as well as twelve years with Dr. S. Cook-Greuter, both in the study of vertical development. Chris studies Carl Jung and is tuned to a leader’s identity as supported by internal dialogue and beliefs. She is currently studying to be a Jungian archetypal pattern analyst. She is certified to score and debrief the Maturity Assessment Profile (MAP); the MBTI, the Hogan Suite, the Leadership Circle Profile 360, and LCP group/team profiles. Chris has created programs on vertical development for coaches and leaders, co-authored two books, published articles, and has been interviewed for radio programs (NPR) and for articles in newspapers/ magazines. Chris is a keynoter and breakout workshop leader who has developed ICF-approved webinars for coaches.
