By using behavioral science theory and practices, Paco has provided custom designed consulting services to over 15 federal and state government agencies and more than 30 military installations. He has presented performance improvement principles and leadership development training curricula to over 10,000 diverse military and civilian personnel. Paco served 25 years of honorable service in the United States Navy (USN). While on Active Duty, he traveled worldwide to facilitate and coach the Board of Directors of Naval Hospitals and to present workshops, seminars, and training sessions to all organizational levels. Additionally, he serves as a guest presenter at leadership conferences and presents leadership concepts to Masters Degree students at American University. Paco speaks Spanish and has presented in various Latino Conferences. In addition to being Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University and the Center for Creative Leadership, Paco is President and CEO of Radium Management Services. Radium is an Organizational Development (OD) consulting firm specializing in leadership development, strategic planning, performance management, and process improvement. Radium helps organizations operate more effectively so they can better reach their goals and accomplish their missions. Paco earned a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from American University / National Training Laboratory (AU/NTL) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University. He is a certified Executive Coach and qualified to administer numerous leadership personality assessments to include Benchmark 360 degree feedback.
