Jonida Spahija is a Lecturer in the Applied Intelligence program and has been teaching Psychology of Applied Intelligence, Understanding Intelligence Collection, Applied Intelligence Communications and Ethics of Applied Intelligence since the program inception in Fall 2017.

Jonida Spahija is a Lecturer in the Applied Intelligence program and has been teaching Psychology of Applied Intelligence, Understanding Intelligence Collection, Applied Intelligence Communications and Ethics of Applied Intelligence since the program inception in Fall 2017. She is currently a candidate for a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at University of Southern California and conducts Cognitive Bias training at the Department of Defense. 


Most recently, she served as the US Partner for GenesisCare where she was responsible for strategy alignment between four key markets (US, Australia, UK and Spain) and workforce training for 5,000+ Team Members, People Leaders and Senior Leaders. Previously, she served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships working for the public school system where she was responsible for identifying, developing partnerships and creating new business models to achieve defined goals, particularly for underserved students. She also worked in the private sector and held a multitude of roles. She spent the majority of her time working in business intelligence where she was responsible for growing and retaining institutional client relationships. She was a key team member in the oversight of the planning and management of continuous communication used in key client retention. She produced briefing updates, developed independent business insight and recommendations, and effectively communicated these results to the senior management team. Her responsibilities included collaboration with senior executives, supporting critical client relationships through enterprise engagement, leading strategic account planning sessions and gathering competitive business intelligence.


Jonida received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Bentley University and a Masters Degree in Communication from Northeastern University.
