Darvin represents clients in a broad range of real estate and business transactions and has over 10 years of experience advising clients in these areas.
In his real estate practice, Darvin assists developers, owners, tenants, and lenders in all aspects of the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of office, retail, industrial and other properties, as well as the restructuring and foreclosure of real estate loans. Darvin also has experience advising on real estate issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, Darvin has advised clients in real estate transactions totaling well in excess of $2 billion.
In his business practice, Darvin assists clients in a variety of commercial transactions, including consulting and service agreements, technology transactions, outsourcing agreements, supply chain logistics agreements, and payment processing agreements. Throughout his career, Darvin has advised clients in commercial transactions totaling in excess of $500 million. Darvin's business clients include large, publicly held companies, privately held companies and non-profit organizations.
Darvin is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law, magna cum lade, and a graduate of Seattle University School of Business, with a Master’s in Business Administration.
