He has a track record for creating and implementing business to consumer marketing and communication strategies that deliver results. Rich has a customer centric approach with a passion for developing creative that works. He has held marketing leadership roles at The Washington Post since 2002. Prior to The Post, Rich held key marketing roles at Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital One), Mellon Bank, UBI and Robbins-Gioia, Inc. He has a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University and an MBA with a concentration in Services Marketing from The George Washington University.
