Prior to The Post, Rich held key marketing roles at Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital One), Mellon Bank, UBI and Robbins-Gioia, Inc. He has a BS in Business Administration from Syracuse University and an MBA with a concentration in Services Marketing from The George Washington University.
