His experience is within diverse business environments, including M&A integration, domestic and international expansion, and corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience working with business partners on local and global business issues involving international, executive and broad-based Total Rewards, job analysis and compensation structure design, performance management, HR systems, and people analytics.
Arturo is an Adjunct Professor for Total Rewards Management and has served as Capstone Adviser at Georgetown University, helping graduate students in their final projects to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired through the HR master's program.
Arturo is a Certified Global Remuneration and Compensation Professional (GRP and CCP), and a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP). He holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University.
