  Magdy is an Organization Development consultant and certified Leadership Coach at The Clearing, a management consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. He has over 20 years of work experience in various backgrounds, including culture transformation, organization development, and change management. He has a passion for helping people. Magdy provides his clients with strategic alignment and group facilitation for large-scale client meetings and working groups. He has proven success in business process redesign, developing performance metrics, and creating change strategies to meet complex and changing organizational needs – resulting in improved leadership alignment, unified vision, and critical buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups. He advises individuals, teams, and organizations to maximize effectiveness and grow to be their best. He coaches leaders, facilitates alignment sessions across groups, and helps clients transform their culture to become more customer-focused and productive. He focuses on building relationships with his customers to best understand their goals and values, and to reveal any barriers to success. Magdy has a deep curiosity for understanding people and a strong passion for seeing them succeed. He seeks to understand the individual and help the individual better understand themself. He appreciates and respects that each person is unique, and no two people face the same problem the same way. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Sociology from Towson University and his MBA in Organization Development from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He completed the Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching program through Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership.
