Cicely Nash
Cicely Nash is a Capstone Advisor in the School of Continuing Studies Sports Industry Management Program and now also teaching the Social Responsibility & Globalization class this fall 2022.Cicely’s current 15+ year career has nurtured her expertise in sports facility management, catering and event management, budgeting and revenue forecasting, along with non-profit foundation development.

Cicely’s current 15+ year career has nurtured her expertise in sports facility management, catering and event management, budgeting and revenue forecasting, along with non-profit foundation development. She has worked in the sports industry for organizations including the Miami Dolphins, AT&T Stadium - Home of the Dallas Cowboys, San Francisco 49ers, Sacramento Kings, ESPN collegiate sports division, and the 2020 Summer Tokyo Olympic Games. In her current role as Senior Events Producer at Sportico; she is responsible for organizing and producing events for the global sports business industry. She is a part of the Live Media Events team that develops and implements the overall event experience, hospitality activations, production budgets, and handles all operational logistics from start to finish for each event across the SporticoLive calendar.
Cicely was born and raised in Oklahoma. She is a graduate from the University of Kansas (BA in Biochemistry & Psychology) and St. Thomas University in Miami, FL (MBA in Sports Administration). In her spare time, Cicely is a world-wide traveler and an enthusiastic marathon runner. She has completed a marathon on 6 continents; on the road to reaching her goal soon to Antartica to complete a marathon in each continent!
