Martha Wescoat-Andes

Martha Wescoat-Andes is an ICF leadership coach and a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC) with extensive executive experience in public higher education and local government leadership.

  In her work with organizations and leaders Martha often integrates her expertise in leadership and health and wellness coaching to enhance opportunities for both individual and organizational transformation and wellbeing. In addition to her coaching certifications, Martha is certified as an Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner through the Cooperrider Center and a Strengths-based Specialist through Gallup, which she utilizes in her work with organizations to engage stakeholders, build on collectively identified strengths, and define and pursue shared aspirations for a positive future. Currently the Senior Associate Provost for Planning & New Ventures at William & Mary, Martha has an extensive career in public higher education leadership in CA and VA. Martha earned her BA in Government from Smith College and her MBA in Marketing from Columbia University.
