When it comes to the threat of corporate computer hacking, there are two types of companies, says cybersecurity expert Pablo Molina: Those that discover they’ve been hacked, and those that have been hacked—but don’t know it. In a wide-ranging discussion with John Gilroy of Federal TechTalk, Molina, a faculty member in Georgetown University’s Master's in Technology Management, shares his thoughts about what is needed to minimize these threats. One of the key strategies, Molina says, is having experienced, well-educated, and ethical employees on the front lines of this effort.
