In this new age of sports viewing, you can still sit on your couch and watch a football game. Or go to the ballpark and catch a few innings of baseball. But that’s just the beginning. With second-screen capacity, multiple-angle camera views, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and other new technologies, your experience can go far beyond what you imagined just a few years—or months—ago. Here, Joshua Meredith, Assistant Dean for Georgetown’s graduate program in Technology Management, talks with Jeb Terry, Vice President of Partner and Program Development for Fox Sports, about how these new technologies are benefitting fans and players alike.
