While the underlying theories remain the same, the world of international finance and capital markets is undergoing profound changes as the number of stakeholders grows and the footprint of technology expands. That’s the assessment of Daniel Spar, Ph.D, who teaches finance and international business for the Professional Certificate Programs at Georgetown University.
