Successful meeting facilitation begins well before you enter the room. Preparation enables diverse and creative thought and the strength and flexibility of an athlete. Rae Ringel, faculty member for the Executive Certification in Facilitation program, outlines a simple process for facilitating meetings, which includes setting intentions, managing the gathering, and understanding the mood you need to create.

SCS continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and respond in support of the University community. Currently, all summer term courses will continue through distance instruction.
